How You'll Make an Impact Here:
- Mentor and Develop: Share your technical expertise to coach technicians, parts people, and service advisors.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Enforce a strict safety culture (BCCSA COR certified) and lead by example.
- Drive Shop Performance: Coordinate scheduling, monitor shop efficiency, manage warranty claims, and run a profitable service business.
