An opportunity has become available for a Sale Manager to join our Material Handling business unit. We are seeking a driven professional for developing and executing sales strategies of the business units spanning multiple regions and market spaces.

What we are looking for:
- Develop and implement long-term sales strategies and tactics under the guidance of the VP of Sales.
- Drive a team of sales professionals to meet annual sales targets.
- Coach the sales team to develop young leaders.
- Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with customers and the local community.
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in managing and coaching sales teams.
- 3+ years of B2B experience. (Similar or related industry is considered an asset).
- Ability to travel across Canada, and occasionally to the United States to attend OEM training and industry events (Valid driver’s license required).
