We’re expanding in Prince George and Northwest BC, and we’re looking for a driven, competitive Sales Representative who thrives on building pipeline, winning new business, and closing deals.
This is a hunter role — ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, talking to customers, uncovering opportunities, and turning conversations into sales.
You’ll sell and rent material handling equipment solutions, helping customers choose the right equipment to keep their operations moving. If you’re energized by targets, relationships, and real-world impact, this role gives you the runway to build something big.

What You’ll Do
Proactively hunt for new business across Prince George and Northwest BC
Build and manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting to close
Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers across multiple industries
Conduct on-site visits, equipment walkarounds, and live demonstrations
Identify customer needs and deliver tailored equipment solutions (sales + rental)
Grow existing accounts while consistently opening new doors
Represent Williams Machinery as a trusted advisor in the field
What You Bring
3–5 years of B2B sales experience (equipment, industrial, automotive, or similar is an asset)
A hunter mindset — you enjoy prospecting, cold outreach, and winning new business
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence in front of customers and decision-makers
Self-driven, competitive, and motivated by targets and results
Willingness to travel across Northwest BC and occasionally to the U.S. for training and events
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
