Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Outside Equipment Sales Support Representative (ESSR), will be primarily responsible for successfully obtaining new customers in equipment support areas such as servicing agreements, parts, attachments, and operator training. The ESSR will also be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships.

What you'll do:
- Generate new business through site visits and outbound calls
- Sell planned maintenance contracts to new and existing customers
- Present dealership’s full-service offerings, including parts, attachments, service, and operator training
- Manage incoming customer calls and maintain relationships
- Collaborate with sales reps to pass along equipment leads
- Liaise between parts, service, and sales to resolve issues and enhance customer experience
- Use MS Dynamics to track and manage calls, prospects, leads, and deals
- Identify opportunities for all Wesgroup Equipment product lines
- Support other departments with customer insights
- Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring:
- 2–3 years of successful sales experience
- Proven ability to develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships in person, by phone, and email
- Knowledge of the full sales process: prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment; motivated, organized, and enthusiastic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record; able to travel within the Lower Mainland
