We are seeking a driven, hunter-minded Sales Professional to aggressively develop new business and grow market share for heavy construction equipment across Northwest British Columbia, based out of Terrace, BC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue and develop new sales opportunities across Northwest British Columbia, serving customers in mining, pipeline, utilities, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Build, maintain, and grow strong customer relationships by understanding customer operations, remote jobsite conditions, and project requirements, and recommending the most effective heavy construction equipment solutions.
- Conduct on-site equipment walkarounds, field demonstrations, and professional sales presentations to clearly communicate machine performance, reliability, and total cost of ownership in demanding environments.
- Prepare detailed sales proposals and quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close equipment sales to meet or exceed territory sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, customer information, and opportunity pipelines within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with service, parts, and product support teams to ensure responsive support for customers operating in remote and rugged locations.
- Travel extensively throughout Northwest British Columbia and occasionally to the United States to visit customers, suppliers, training sessions, and industry events.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in heavy construction equipment, mining, pipeline, utilities, or related industrial markets.
- Proven “hunter” mentality with a strong track record of developing new business and penetrating new projects.
- Practical understanding of heavy equipment applications in rugged, remote, and resource-based environments.
- Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and contract negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently across a large and remote territory.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Canada and the United States.
