We’re looking for a driven Rental Sales Representative to grow rental business across Northwest BC. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored rental solutions for compact and heavy construction equipment, material handling, and attachments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate leads, manage accounts, negotiate deals, and close rental sales.
  • Present and demonstrate equipment, highlighting features and solutions for customer needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to deliver seamless service and identify new opportunities.
  • Travel throughout Northwest BC to meet customers on-site and support regional growth.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of sales or rental experience in construction, equipment, or similar industries.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
